1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms. Please read them carefully for a proper understanding.

• "Platform" — The zz22 website (zz22.cam) and all of its services and content.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on or is using the platform.
• "Account" — Each member's personal registered account.
• "Wallet" — The internal balance within an account used for deposits, withdrawals and gaming.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits or benefits provided as part of a promotional offer.
• "Bet" — The process of participating in any game or event by staking money.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the formal process of verifying a user's identity.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To participate on the zz22 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Access to this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If the age information provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is prohibited. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your real name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a clear violation of these Terms.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

zz22 may request documents at any time to verify your identity, address, or payment method. This process is carried out to ensure fair play and financial security.

3.1 Required Documents

• A photocopy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of bKash, Nagad or Rocket account).

3.2 Consequences of Verification Delays

Withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, account activity may be restricted.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. Our accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Reasons for Transaction Rejection

Transactions may be rejected or suspended in the following circumstances:

• If account verification is incomplete.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• If unusual or suspicious transaction patterns are observed.
• If a third-party payment provider fails due to technical issues.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, you must complete registration and make your first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳15,000 in bets.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• A new bonus cannot be claimed until the existing bonus has been cleared.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering has been completed.
• zz22 reserves the right to modify, cancel or end any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonuses can only be used in games just like real money — bonuses cannot be pushed or transferred.
• If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be permanently closed.

5.4 VIP Program

zz22's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Tier upgrades are based on active gaming.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) and fair play is ensured. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, zz22 reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund the bet amount.

6.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game or bet type are set separately and are displayed in the game interface. zz22 reserves the right to change betting limits.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA and other leagues) and kabaddi. Bets placed after an event has started cannot be cancelled. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.4 Live Casino

Every decision made while participating in live dealer games will be considered final. If a disconnection occurs, the last round's bet will be settled according to the state it was in at the time of disconnection.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent or strategic bonus abuse (bonus arbitrage or system exploitation).
• Gaining an advantage by creating multiple accounts.
• Gaining unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing or using offensive language toward other users or staff of the platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.

If any of the above activities are suspected, zz22 reserves the right to temporarily freeze the account and funds pending investigation.

8 Security and Privacy

8.1 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are strongly advised not to give anyone else access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

8.2 Data Protection

• If account details are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

In any claim, zz22's maximum liability will never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Rights of zz22

zz22 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If registration was completed with false or incomplete information.
• If suspicious financial activity is observed.
• Due to directives from legal or regulatory authorities.

10.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn in accordance with applicable terms before the account is closed.
